Lake County Women's Coalition celebrated Women's History Month on Saturday, March 4, 2023. All Coalition members and their guests attended the annual lunch at Maravela’s Banquet Halls. As in the past 28 years, honorees from our various organizations  featured with their inspiring stories. Our scholarship awardee will be recognized.

Barbara Walters famously broke through the glass ceiling to be on the cutting edge of broadcast journalism for 40 years.  Performer Jenny Riddle will reveal intimate details about this trailblazer who was the first woman co-anchor on prime-time news and who is the most celebrated interviewer in TV history.   Jenny will present a close-up of Barbara Walters off-camera in her show “Barbara Walters’ AUDITION.”
