Women's History Month Celebration
"Women's Education - Women's Empowerment"
The 2012 Theme, Women's Education - Women's Empowerment, recognizes the pioneering leadership of women and their impact on the DIVERSE areas of education. This annual event is limited to coalition members and their guests. The program will feature a panel discussion moderated by Barbara Richardson, the Coalition's founder, with three women representing very diverse areas of women's education. Panelists include: Patricia Donald, the Associate Director, Population Health Services, Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center, Jennifer Witherspoon, Legal Liaison/Director of Diversion Programs Lake County Sheriff's Office and Teresa Aguinaldo, Director and Founder of the Women’s Center at the College of Lake County.
The event will take place in the lower level of State Bank of the Lakes, 50 Commerce Drive, Grayslake, IL 60030.
