Women's History Month Celebration
"...Fighting Discrimination"
THEME: Women Empowering Women, Fighting All Forms of Discrimination
The annual WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH event, sponsored by the Lake County Women’s Coalition, will be celebrated on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at Midlane Country Club, Wadsworth, IL. 100% of the proceeds benefit our Scholarship fund.
Cost: $25, includes lunch. Registration begins at 10 a.m. Lunch served at 11 a.m.
Featuring Betsey Means, professional actress who will portray Alicia Appleman-Jurman's book, "Alicia, My Story", the story of a young girl who managed to survive the Nazis. This is a thrilling uplifting story of true-life heroism.
