Leveling the Playing Field: “Do the unwritten rules hold women back?”
This FREE Seminar will feature video clips depicting women’s equality or lack of, followed by a video lecture by Shelly Correll, Professor of Sociology at Stanford University from the Lean In lecture series. Break out discussion groups will be facilitated by The Rev. Eileen Shanley-Roberts, Rector, Christ Episcopal Church, Waukegan. Attendees will come away with solutions to reduce, or even eliminate, bias.
